  1. Can this book help me develop and keep friends? I have a difficult time keeping jobs, making other friends, particularly women. I’ve been married for 20 years with young teens and am getting extremely anxious about them leaving the nest. I have a trapped feeling and a feeling of abandonment. It’s hard for me to commit to scheduled activities too — maybe that’s not related.

  2. Thank you! Assisting others to assist themselves has been a lifelong personal and professional goal.
